2. What data I collect

• Booking form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), Instagram username (optional), city, your tattoo idea, a reference photo (optional), and your preferred day and time.
• Age and health declaration: whether you are over 18 and whether you have an allergy or health condition that prevents tattooing. Health information is a special category of personal data and is processed only with your explicit consent.
• Correspondence: information you share by e-mail or Instagram during the booking process.
• Cookies: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel collect visit statistics only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, these cookies are never loaded.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• To review your booking request, send you a price estimate and available dates, schedule the appointment and stay in touch. Legal ground: necessary to enter into or perform a contract.
• To comply with the minimum age of 18. Legal ground: legal obligation.
• To check whether tattooing is safe for your health. Legal ground: your explicit consent.
• To prevent abuse of the form (spam). Legal ground: legitimate interest.
• To measure site usage and evaluate ads (only if you accept cookies). Legal ground: your consent.

4. Who receives the data

I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. The following service providers can access data only to provide their service:

• Hostinger: website hosting and form delivery.
• Google (Gmail): form submissions are delivered to me by e-mail and kept in my mailbox.
• Google Analytics and Meta: visit statistics, only if you accept cookies.

These providers may store data on servers outside Turkey (in the EU and the USA). The explicit consent you give when submitting the form also covers this transfer abroad.

5. How long data is kept

Booking requests and correspondence are kept for no longer than 2 years after our last contact and then deleted. If no appointment takes place, I may delete your request sooner. Reference photos are not stored on the web server; they reach me only as an e-mail attachment.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to learn who it was shared with, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to baris.mail@gmail.com. I will reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookie preferences
